ReplyDelete1945 Act has been amended four times so far, the latest amendment was held and ratified on August 10, 2002. If you look at the contents of the Act's amendment, you may agree that some of the following points need attention: first, the Capital. The capital is the location of the central government activities. Specifically written in Article 23G (1) that the Audit Board of GoI (BPK) is based in the capital city, while the other central government institutions are not called as that. In fact the President, Vice President, and the Ministrial offices are all in the Capital, Jakarta. Similarly, the location of Assembly and its activities, even though the mere mention of the Assembly convened at least once every five years in the Capital, in fact the Presidency and the Ministry / Agency / and other Executive bodies are doing the activities in the Capital, Jakarta.
