Law Number 23 Year 2014 concerning Local Government has been amended

The enactment of Government Regulation In Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2014 concerning the Direct Local Election of Governor, the Regent (Bupati), and Mayor (Walikota), then it is necessary to amend Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government.

amended by Law Number 12 Year 2008 concerning the Second Amendment Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government;
Regional Government as alreadyamended by Law Number 12 Year 2008 concerning the Second Amendment Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government;c. Article 157, Article 158 paragraph (2) to paragraph (9), and
Article 159 of Law No. 28 of 2009 on Local Taxes and Levies; and
Article 159 of Law No. 28 of 2009 on Local Taxes and Levies; andd. Article 1 paragraph 4, Article 314 to Article 412, Article 418 to Article 421 of Law No. 17 of 2014 concerning the Consultative Assembly People, House of Representatives, House of Representatives Area, and the Regional Representatives Council,
